Where are you located?
I am currently seeing clients virtually and am licensed in MD, VA, DC and MN.

What are your fees and do you take insurance?
Although I am not in network with any insurance companies, I will provide the necessary paperwork to submit for reimbursement. Call your insurance company prior to the first appointment to find out how much they will reimburse. Intake appointments are $200 (1 hour) and follow ups are $150 (45min). Sliding scale spots reserved for LGBTQAI+ and BIPOC clients. Reach out for more information.

What ages do you serve?
I work primarily with adults.

Do you work with all genders?
Because eating disorders and body image concerns can affect anyone, I welcome people of all genders. I have a particular interest in working with transgender and non-binary clients.  These populations are disproportionately affected by eating disorders.  Compared to 1-3% of the general population, 15% of transgender individuals report being diagnosed with an eating disorder.* When considerations are taken into account for sexual orientation, rates of up to 25% have been reported.  There may be many contributing factors to these heartbreaking statistics but, whatever the reasons, I am here to support you and help you find peace with food and your body.

Do you treat other nutrition concerns?
While I specialize in eating disorders and body image concerns, I also have an interest in nutritional needs related to ADHD, Autism and pregnancy.

Do you collaborate with higher levels of care?
If you require a higher level of care such as a partial hospitalization or residential treatment program, I can help you through the process of getting connected to these resources.  If you are leaving a higher level, I can help you with the transition back to life at home.  We will work together to gently move away from the structure of a meal plan towards a more intuitive relationship with food.
